John oversees all aspects of the Association, with primary focus on governmental affairs, public affairs and communication with the Board of Directors.

Debra manages the day-to-day functions of the Association including staff management, general information inquiries and the coordination of all chapter and board meetings. She is also “the expert” on food safety and regulatory issues including alcohol beverage and teen labor laws. Debra also coordinates all Association ServSafe and Bar Code training classes.

Connie, along with John Livengood, represents the needs and concerns of the Association and the industry at the local, state and federal legislative levels. Connie directs all legislative correspondence with members and is the key contact for any legislative issue questions.

Tom oversees every aspect of the Association’s financial matters including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, payroll, PAC contributions, credit card transactions, etc. Tom is also a resource to members who have questions regarding tip allocation, wage and hour, taxes and financially related regulatory questions.

Diana’s focus is in new member acquisition. She assists in member retention and communication with Endorsed Providers. She represents the Association at industry-related events.

Lori’s focus is in new member acquisition in the North East part of the state. She represents the Association at industry-related events.

Stacy oversees all marketing materials, including, but not limited to layout and design for the Association and its members. She is also the “go to person” for visual communications in all capacities and serves in the role of Association branding.

In her function as the RHAI Education Manager, Stephanie oversees training and education programs such as ServSafe® for the Association.

Stephanie is also our Director of Conventions and Events. She plans and manages all the Association’s major events including the annual golf outing, the Hoosier Hospitality Conference, and Hospitality Leadership Day. She also helps to plan chapter and board meetings and other special events. Stephanie is the key contact for all event registration and sponsorship questions.
