Alcohol Sales on Election Day

Tuesday, November 6th is a municipal election day in Indiana. The Alcohol & Tobacco Commission has determined that “on the days of municipal elections, alcoholic beverages may not be sold within the voting precincts in which the election is conducted from 3:00 a.m. local time until the polls close; however, permit holders in areas not located within a voting precinct may sell alcoholic beverages on the day of a municipal election.
